Field Results - CNC Coolant Filtration
Clean
& Clear's OSD™ technology removes contaminants from CNC coolant without
chemical change to the coolant. With fully filtered coolant on the
left and unfiltered coolant on the right, this photo shows the progression of
CNC coolant through various stages of the the Clean & Clear OSD™
filtration process (the middle two bottles show coolant after partial
filtration).
Below are descriptions of two field tests conducted of Clean & Clear's
OSD™ technology in CNC Coolant Filtration applications. The first test
shown was done on the Clean & Clear OSD™ installation at Suburban
Manufacturing; the second test shown was done on the Clean & Clear OSD™
installation at Waterous Company.

Suburban Manufacturing
Background. Suburban
Manufacturing is a recognized leader in heating and water heating equipment
for the recreational vehicle industry. It also offers products to the
residential and commercial markets. Suburban installed
Clean & Clear OSD™ CNC Coolant Filtration System to remove contaminants
from their CNC coolant, thus making the coolant suitable for reuse.
Results. Independent tests of
Suburban's Clean & Clear OSD™ system were performed by Hangsterfer's
Laboratories, Inc. The results of Hangsterfer's before and after
testing of Suburban's CNC Coolant are shown below:
